Dispute Management
Commercial disputes can occur anytime between a business and its customers or suppliers. For example, a contractor may run into a dispute with a consumer, who complains about the quality of the workmanship regarding renovation works to his apartment.
While business disputes can generally be resolved through Court processes, alternative avenues exist to address such problems. These include negotiation, mediation or arbitration. Whatever mechanisms are used in dispute resolution, the ultimate concern for businesses is that it should be fair, fast and cost effective.
